Carlos J. Arboleda is Managing Partner at COI access, and in this role leads the firm’s strategy and delivery efforts. Arboleda focuses his energies assisting clients expanding their US footprints domestically; coming into US markets from abroad; or growing cross-border practices - as a trusted relationship advisor. He co-founded COI access in 2011 and serves as its’ Managing Member and oversees all of the firm’s executive operations. His career spans more than 20 years in management, business development, c-suite consulting, brand development, marketing strategy, training, coaching, & development, senior executive search, and utilizing the CENTERS OF INFLUENCE model.
Mr. Arboleda also consults with strategic planning & implementation, special projects, crisis management, litigation / expert witness, M&A, new-to-market endeavors, expansions / relocations, and turnaround situations.
Immediately before COI access, Arboleda spent almost twelve years ,and was an equity partner, with one of the largest global human capital recruitment firms, a multi-billion dollar, well-known conglomerate, where he co-founded, developed and led the national practice and teams responsible for executive search, recruitment, and talent consulting for the mid to senior executive level, nationally and for Latin America, managing hubs in Philadelphia, New York, Baltimore / DC, Boston, Kansas City, Atlanta, Charlotte, Ft. Lauderdale, and Miami.
Mr. Arboleda is invested in the community as a Board Member of the Association for Financial Professionals; a Board Member of the University of Miami’s Citizens Board; a co-founding board member of the National Executive Roundtable, where he serves as RA (as well as that entities' affiliate groups: South Florida Executive Roundtable, Carolina's Executive Roundtable, Philadelphia Executive Roundtable, & the national Executive Roundtable forum growing within the US), along with The Real Estate Forum; Arboleda has led the private 'Business Leaders Luncheons' as well as the 'Community Bank CEO Forums' since 2010. He has been recognized as a 40 under 40 Business Leader by MavPAC in 2013; as a 40 under 40 honoree class of 2014 by the South Florida Business Journal; as an Up & Comer in 2015 by the South Florida Business & Wealth Publication; and as a Power Leader in Banking by the South Florida Business Journal in 2010. Former Executive Board Member for the Boy Scouts of America, South Florida Council; Former United Way of Miami Cabinet Member; and former Board Member of the South Florida Workforce Investment Board serving in Miami-Dade; former member of the Dean’s Advisory Council of the Barry University School of Business; a Board Member of the Broward Workforce Development Board / Career Source Broward; and a Board Member of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Arboleda’s leadership posts at this chamber include Past Chair of the Human Resources Committee; Chair of the Executive Outplacement and Re-Employment Taskforce during the Great Recession; and past Chair of the Business Innovation Institute.
Mr. Arboleda is a graduate of The University of Florida in Gainesville, and of Coral Gables Senior High School.
